  • 1 Cup frozen Peaches
  • 1-2 Cup Almond Milk
  • Handful frozen Kale
  • Handful frozen Spinach
  • 1 Tbls flaxseed
  • 1 Tbls Turmeric 
  • 1 tsp grated ginger
  • dash of cinnamon
  • tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 a banana
